The following Terms and Conditions apply to all WordPress plugins sold by WPVibes.
License
The software for all of our plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
On purchasing each plugin, you will receive a license key. The price of the license includes access to downloads (product and updates) and to the support service.
- Duration of the license and renewal
A license remains valid as long as it is renewed. To retain access to updates, support, and downloads for the products you’ve purchased, an active and valid license key is required. - Updates
As long as your license remains valid, you’ll receive automatic updates through your WordPress dashboard if you have an active license key. In case automatic updates fail for any reason, you can download the updated product version from the downloads section of our store. - Support Service
Support for purchased products is available throughout the license’s validity. If your license has expired and you require support, you must either renew your existing license key or purchase a new license for the product you need support for. Please note that we can only offer support for the site where the license key has been activated. - Refunds
All our products come with “14 Days No Questions Asked” refund policy. If you are not happy with our product for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Note: Refund is available only for new orders and not for renewals and upgrades.
Plugin delivery
On receipt of successful payment, you will receive an email with plugin files and license key. You can also log in to our store and access the plugin files and license key (as long as you have an active license)
In the event that your license key lapses becomes revoked, or is subject to a refund, download access will be suspended until the license key is reactivated.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall WPVibes be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, whether they be special, incidental, consequential, or of any other nature. These damages may include but are not limited to, the loss of data or profits, and they may arise from your use of our website, products, or services. Even if WPVibes or an authorized representative has been made aware of the potential for such damages, we disclaim any liability.
Warranty
Our plugins are designed to perform reliably on a fresh WordPress installation using the default WordPress theme. However, we cannot assure their compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, all web browsers, or hosting environments. If you encounter any compatibility issues with our plugins, we will provide support to the best of our abilities in accordance with our support policy detailed below.
Our plugins are distributed “as is” and come with no expressed or implied warranties in accordance with GPL v3. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our plugins. This encompasses but is not restricted to, indirect, direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.
Price change
WPVIbes retains the authority to alter, adjust, cancel, or enhance the pricing or conditions of a plugin subscription and/or license key without advance notice or consent.
If you possess an ongoing subscription, your plugin will be automatically renewed at the initial price you paid, irrespective of any changes in the pricing for new customers. In case you’ve terminated your subscription, you must renew the license key at the prevailing purchase price.
